I like the color and thickness of the chair, they seem durable, along with the chair frame and it was pretty easy to put together.The company promptly contacted me and replaced the firepit. Their customer service is very good and substantially improves my opinion of this product. Once we have cooler weather I'll try the new firepit and may update my review again.Purchased this item in late December of 21 and have used it sparingly. It seemed to operate as intended when used. When not in use it was covered and partially under the house roof. The firepit table top is coming apart and rusting. Not sure how long it will last and it has only been used and not under cover 3 times. The chairs are comfortable but they have some small rubber feet that are installed during assembly. They are essentially useless. Most came off when the chairs were moved to the patio. The product could have been a great buy but the manufacture appears to have cut corners and opted for the lowest cost manufacturing method instead of opting for a quality product.Was a challenge to put together but used a furniture clamp to hold in place to get the screws in. Also the rubber buttons on the footing break easy.Had a piece that did not fit properly. Had several emails between the supplier and they provided a replacement that fit properly. The supplier was very helpful in solving the problem.My wife loves the firepit and the chairs are very comfortable.The fire pit table and chairs are easy to assemble and are made from quality materials. Our family is enjoying this set very much. The seller was very responsive when we reached out to inquire on delivery of the full set and expedited reshipping two chairs that weren’t delivered with the rest of the set. Overall, a good experience with the seller and quality of the products.I love this outdoor set. Only sad thing was the door you put the propane tank in will not stay shut. Can not figure out any reason why it will not either. But other than that it is very comfortable and cozy.Like the ease of turning heat on when its chilly out. Comfortable to sit very enjoyable.The fire pit itself went together easily the chairs on the other hand were a complete disappointment nothing lined up very well for this price I would have expected much better fit up the chairs had bolts that were to long and the nuts had threads I had to clean just to get the bolts started in them the fire pit was great but again the chairs were a complete disappointment
